Why we offer it

Most cleaning companies hide behind contracts and complaints procedures. We don't. We believe that if Hausley isn't a fit for your home, you shouldn't pay to find out. So your first clean carries no risk — and the 1% of clients who claim the refund teach us something we couldn't have learned any other way.
